Affirming the episode, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), said they reacted to the emergency call at the Nigeria Breweries factory.
The reason for the inferno could not be found at press time. It was discovered that that the fire overwhelmed the bed area of the distillery blazing a few quantities of beds and cartons.
The fire was however diminished by the consolidated exertion of the organization's ERT (Emergency Response Team) and the fire service department from the Lagos Fire Services, Julius Berger and the Nigerian Red Cross
